1. UK Deliveries

Free Standard Delivery (UK Only)

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UK orders with a subtotal of £25.00 or more.

Orders with a subtotal below £25.00 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £3.95.

We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all UK deliveries.

1.1 Standard Delivery (UK Only)

  • Free delivery on orders over £25.00.

  • £3.95 delivery charge for orders under £25.00.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 working days), Monday to Friday.

  • Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • All shipments are fully trackable and may require a signature upon delivery.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, during busy periods delivery may take up to 7 working days.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact our Customer Service team.

Please note that investigations for missing items can only be initiated after 14 days from the date of dispatch.

1.2 Express Delivery (UK Only)

Our Express Delivery service is available at a flat rate of £6.95.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched on a priority basis.

  • Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 working days (48 working hours), Monday to Friday.

  • Full tracking is provided.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

1.3 Large Parcels

Orders weighing more than 2kg or with a total order value exceeding £60.00 may be shipped via our dedicated courier service.

Please note:

  • Large or bulk orders may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed with you before dispatch.

  • Courier shipments include full tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email.

2. International Deliveries

We proudly ship to customers worldwide.

Please note that international deliveries are subject to customs regulations and import procedures in the destination country.

2.1 General Information

  • Delivery times for international orders cannot be guaranteed.

  • Orders may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

  • Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.

  • If there are any issues regarding shipping to your country, we will contact you after receiving your order.

2.2 Standard International Parcels

Orders with a total value of less than £50.00 may be shipped using our priority international parcel service.

Shipping charges:

  • £1.65 per order, plus

  • £6.65 per kilogram

2.3 Signed-For International Parcels

For higher-value international orders, we use a fully tracked and signed-for delivery service.

Charges are as follows:

European Union & Ireland

  • £6.50 per order, plus

  • £4.35 per kilogram

Countries Outside the EU

  • £6.50 per order, plus

  • £6.65 per kilogram

All signed-for services include full tracking and require a signature upon delivery.
